DEGUSTATION:
Young and fruity white Txakolí, with a light acid touch, refreshing and with a slight carbonic needle from its own fermentation.
Its color is pale greenish yellow.
It is intense, with light notes of citrus, tropical fruit and white flower.
Fresh attack, fruity, ample and with a very balanced acidity finish, pleasant and characteristic of the varieties.
FOOD PAIRING:
All types of oily fish and seafood.
Creamy, high-fat or salty dishes.
Even for pairing with spicy dishes.
